Stop Billing me, I’m not a billionaire yet – BBNaija S9 winner Kellyrae cry out

He said that following his victory in Big Brother Naija Season 9, he has received pressure from his family and friends to ask for alms.

While speaking in an interview with media personality, Hero Daniels, Kellyrae said that since he told everyone that he handed over N55m to his wife Kassia out of the prize money, he has been under immense pressure of being asked for assistance.

He said that while he may have been a winner of the show, he is still unable to meet such demands at the moment because of the high living and personal costs involved. It is when Kellyrae posted an impassioned appeal to women wanting financial help and demanded to be allowed time to establish himself before he begins taking care of other people’s needs.

“I was receiving calls people close to us after I said I gave Kassia N55 million and they were asking for their own share of my prize money,” he said.

“I will like to say to everyone, I’m not a rich man yet please. The money is big but things are expensive. Even if it’s egg I want to buy, how many crates of eggs will I buy? Please allow a brother to settle.”
